Was I Wrong for saying this?

I been with my boyfriend for two years. Every since we got together it's always been a problem with his mom, idk if she likes me or what but we don't talk. Even when she comes over she doesn't say hey to me or anything. She calls him for everything, she call he run to her like a servant. I get that's her son but lord.

She had covid two weeks ago and he was even taking care of her then going over there everyday. almost all day taking care of her. When it comes to me he doesn't do that, I had my miscarriage January I was bleeding through my pants and it went on the floor, he didn't even want to clean it up, I had to get on my hands and knees myself and clean it. I have a cold right now I just found out I was pregnant again today and he won't even take me to get any cold medicine and i'm feeling so bad right now. He just says he tired.

I lashed out on him and I said if it was you mom you would've did it. Why when it come to her you always jump up but when it comes to me you really don't care? Then he was like i'm always comparing myself to his mom and i better sleep through it. Was I wrong for saying this? He's now mad and i'm still not getting any medicine for my cold medicine
