So I’m on cycle day 33 out of 55. My husband and I have been having intercourse every other day this week hoping to catch ovulation. This morning I had some sharp cramps and then about an hour after intercourse I wiped and noticed some spotting, only enough visible on one wipe. For a normal cycle, this would be about the time one would have their period—- I’m just wondering if the spotting is from sex or if I’m going to start my period. Any insights are super helpful!!
