Can’t conceive second child

You guys... I’m so depressed..

I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. Ive taken prescription meds to help me ovulate. And Jan21st I had surgery to see if I have endometriosis. Results in: I don’t! But had an adhesion on my right ovary. That was corrected. I don’t know where to go from here.....
