Water?

So my baby just turned 9 months and I’m having such a difficult time trying to encourage her to drink water out of a supply cup or cup. So far she will only drink it if I feed it to her on a spoon, but she is fine with finger foods, using a spoon filled with food to feed herself. Anyone have any tips?

Or just try an open cup. I experimented with a cup, a 360 cup and a straw (no “sippy” cup).

Try a straw. My son loves drinking from my straw. I’ve actually been offering his milk (formula) when he’s eating dinner from an open cup with a straw. He will now drink from any cup you give him.

We tried the Nuk one with him and the dr brown bone and he prefers the Nuk sippy cup.  My son hated water in the beginning but I’ve started giving him some throughout the day daily and now he’s kinda used to it and drinks but only when he’s really thirsty and not a ton at a time either but that’s fine. Milk should be main source of nutrition until they’re 1yo :)
