Blood clots postpartum

With my first it was an emergency c section, this time around I had a successful vbac and it has been a very different experience but I’ve started to pass a few blood clots. Today I passed a decent sized one , it was about the size of a quarter and kind of thick. Is this normal to pass ? I have been sore from my vagina and did get stitches on the inside ( tbh idk the degree of the tear ) but I do know they were inside. I have been cramping still I notice them more during and after I’m done pumping, and occasional sharp pains that I would usually get on period. Since this is my first vaginal birth I’m not sure what to expect and what’s considered normal or not normal. Anyone else experience clots like this ?
