Bleeding

I had some light red bleeding/brown spotting after sex yesterday. I called the OB on call and he said it was most likely irritation at the cervix causing the bleeding. This morning, I had some pretty violent vomiting due to morning sickness, and then had some red spotting afterwords. I’m not having any cramping... some light pinching inside my vagina. Could I have just popped a blood vessel/re-irritated something from yesterday? I’m trying to remain calm and positive, and I get at this point in my pregnancy if I do have another loss nothing can be done. I’m just freaking out.
