Why so much pain

I’m having many cramps and gas afterwards. This happens at least 7/10 times a day. The cramps hurts & once it’s gone I’ll pass gas 😳🤣

Oh I’ve been super gassy the last few weeks! I messaged my doctor the first day of cramping because I was concerned, but then I realized oh hey, I’m just gassy and constipated 😂 I’ve been doing fiber tablets so the constipation is improved but gassy all day long
