How do I clean my 4 month Olds ears?

Can anyone help? I've noticed she has bad ear was but obviously I can't use QTips... what do I do to help her? Do I just leave it?  Please don't judge me I am a new mum.

Anything you can reach with a washcloth on your finger you can clean out

Just wipe away anything around the outer ear

I do use a q-tip but just the outer area

If it’s wax, it will come out on its own where you can then gently wipe it away.
