I was about to start SuperNatural S15 and best time to watch was during expressing/pumping and my friend suggested not to watch horror 🤦😭

If it causes you a lot of stress then yes, if not then you’re good. But stress definitely can lessen or stop milk coming in. I have to put on a funny show while I pump because it’s always after I deal with my sons father and that completely interferes with my milk supply.
