Have you gotten pregnant while you had a yest infection?

My friend and I are in a disagreement. She says you can’t get pregnant when you have a yeast infection so she doesn’t use protection when she has them. I don’t usually have sex while I have one. I disagree, I think it’s definitely possible if you’re ovulating and you have a yeast infection at the same time. I think maybe the cream used to medicate said infection makes it a little harder but it’s still doable...
