does he still have feelings?

me and my ex have been broken up for 6 months, we dated for a year and we’re eachothers first loves/serious relationships (we’re both hs seniors) we haven’t stopped talking since the break up, hang out 1-2 times a week, and have been hooking up every week for the past 5 months, i still have feelings for him and i told him that about 4 months ago but he didn’t really give me an answer about how he feels, he broke up with me bc he lost feelings, i think the real reason is bc we are graduating soon he doesn’t want to be in a relationship so he can talk to other girls and is scared about what will happen with us after hs since we are both still undecided about college. When we hang out it feels like we are still dating and the connection is still there, he hasn’t hooked up with anyone else other than me during our breakup and i know he’s not lying about that but he has been flirting with other girls over text, i’m not sure if i should talk to him again and tell him how i still have feelings because i don’t want to push him away and lose him as a friend, or if it’s even worth bringing up since we only have 5 months left before college and one of us potentially moves out of state, i am friends with his friends and they tell me that they think he still has some feelings because people aren’t usually this close with their ex, and there was never a time period were we stopped talking or blocked eachother or anything like that, any advice on what i should do or opinions on the situation?
