😔I think I'm having a miscarriage

About a week ago I took 6 pregnancy test & it all came back positive. I was beyond ecstatic & felt so blessed.❤ It was my first ever pregnancy & just so happy. I woke up yesterday morning with blood clots & just felt like my regular period. I know any kind of heavy bleeding is no good whatsoever. Last night I went to the bathroom & a big clot came out. It looked like egg yolk but dark red. I couldn't help but cry because I know thats not good to have in your pregnancy. I haven't even made it to my first doctor's appointment & this is happening. Could it be a miscarriage? I'm so sad & cant help but cry💔
