y’all 😩 i think i’ve gotten my first ever yeast infection 😢 i’m itching like crazy down there and this cottage cheese looking stuff is all down there 😢 best treatment?

Oh and don't eat anything too sugary no pop or juice just water. Yeast feeds off of sugar.

Imo the best treatment is the one pill Diflucan. But if a doctor is out of the question then monistat 3 or 7 day. 
Dont do the 1 day! Its so strong it usually burns you smh
