Exercises to start in third trimester??
Okay so I have exercised all my life...all the way through to 37 weeks with my son...but this pregnancy. Nope. I fell off the wall hard. Or done a thing and been sitting the majority of it. I have recently started to get my motivation back, however I’m 26 weeks haha! I guess it’s better than never but I’m curious if any of y’all know specific exercises that are fine to start now.
