Very Slight bleeding 28 weeks

Hit 28 weeks today, and noticed this very slight bit of blood in my pants tonight. Been back at work today after 2 months off for lockdown so could be my body not use to it? Does this looks fairly normal? With a few pains right bottom of my stomach but nothing unbearable. Thank you
