I’m due for my depo shot the day before I leave for the beach.

I’ll be gone for a week at the beach

Should I expect to be on my period while at the beach? Or will my depo hold off my period for a while?

I’ve been on depo for over a year.

And I want to give my body a break and feel like myself again.

Should I get on pills. Or just give my body a complete break from birth control before starting the pills.
