Acupuncture / Chaste Tree (vitex)
I have been going to an acupuncturist and she gave me some herbs including chaste tree also known as vitex. The reason she gave me that was to help me with progesterone. I know that vitex can delay periods, I was wondering if anyone knew how long periods were delayed? I usually have a regular cycle but today is my 2nd missed day without a period and I am not pregnant .
