Fell behind
Hi ladies!! Now I know I probably sound like a broken record at this point but I hit a bit of a block this past week. Due to some family issues I got a little depressed and stopped breastfeeding lily as much as I was. My question is is there a way for me to get back to where I need to be for her or am I too far gone?
