How long does spotting last?

I’ve been spotting since Saturday , today is Monday. I’m currently 6 weeks. Is brown and color and I only have a twinges every now and then. Hopefully I get to go in for a scan before the week is out. I guess my question is , how long does spotting normally last ? I’m in panic mode thinking the worst

I’m currently 9 weeks & 3 days, & have had spotting on and off since week 5, my dr said as long as it isn’t heavy, it’s okay!! mine is only visible when i wipe, never in my panties or anything. but it’s been pink, red and brown. I had an appointment today & I was scared since I’m still spotting, but the baby was just fine!! it would simply be your vaginal wall is what I was told, but be 100% with your dr about any sort of bleeding!! Hi sweet girl, I was spotting for a while too. Could be nothing, but it could be something. I finally went to the er just to get it checked. I advice you call your obgyn, call until they’re able to see you! Praying for you and your little one💕
