I’ve been wearing glasses for 5 years now but as I am getting older I want to start wearing contacts lenses and I am getting annoyed with my glasses and having to wear masks. It’s too much on my face and I need to rest my eyes from wearing glasses all the time as well. Anyways, I have a fitting this Thursday and what am I expecting to pay? I always hear that they are expensive (Depending on brand) I’ve asked pricing but the front desk person said it all depends on what the eye doctor prescribes.

How much do you pay? How much did you pay your first visit? Also, I do have health insurance through my job and they cover a % of the fitting and I have $130 towards contact lenses.
