I posted a week and a half ago asking what people use after baby can no longer use swaddle to keep baby asleep through the night. I just wanted to update. She now sleeps through the night!!! 8:30 pm to when I wake her up at 6:30am to nurse her before I go to work. So I’m posting to see if maybe I can help someone.

We use the magic Merlin suit. LOVE. It definitely took a few days or a week, but it’s a huuuuuuge part of why she is sleeping through the night again. Used to use swaddle which she slept through the night in but since she can roll I had to do away with the swaddle. ✌🏼 magic Merlin suit she cannot move around in and it 100000% keeps her from being woken up by the startle reflex. We use for bedtime & naps now! No rocking or nursing to sleep. Put it on her and place her in crib and she’s out!!!

We beat the four month sleep regression!! WooHooooo.
