Swollen feet and hands?

What do you take? My feet are swollen and hands I’ve just been drinking more water anything else to make it better

Avoid salt, makes the swelling worse

Keep drinking water, put your feet up when you can, and avoid or limit salt intake

It could be water weight. It could be normal swelling, it could be edema. Sit down & put your feet up, drink some water like you’ve been doing. There’s nothing you can take for it unless it’s related to pre-e. At your next appointment, chat with your doctor if it becomes excessive

Water rest and elevate legs when possible! 
Also check in when you can that ur BP isn’t high :) I always blow up during pregnancy from 32 weeks until birth 😩

My feet and ankles get really swollen at times. I've tried compression socks, avoiding salt, drinking more, etc. Nothing seems to help much sadly. One thing I have noticed though is that it's usually not as bad on the weekends when I'm more active. During the week, my job requires me to sit at my desk much of the day. I think the sitting makes the fluid pool at my feet.
