Can I use aquaphor as lotion?

My baby is 1 and has very bad dry skin. So I started putting it on her checks and face and arms and leg? She has sensitive skin so I can’t use most lotion. I just wanna make sure the aquaphor is fine

I’m not sure how much the ointment will help if that’s what you’re referring to. My son had extremely sensitive skin when he was an infant and we had good luck with Cerave cream in the big tub.

Are you talking about the ointment or the lotion?  The lotion is fine.  The ointment is more of a protectant and won’t moisturize.  It can help lock in moisture after a bath but won’t add any
