My husband died 6 months ago. There was a drive by and he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was at my kids school and there was another mom there in the office. The lady at the desk was talking to me calling me Mrs. Ried and this mom who I saw around but didn't really know said "Oh I thought your husband died." I gave her a wtf look and said he did and she said "Oh. So you're a Ms. Not a Mrs." I said I still go by Mrs. And she just said "Well that doesn't make you a Mrs. You're not married anymore. " I stop talking to her because she was annoying me. Is it wrong that I still go by Mrs. Because I still consider myself my husband's wife.
