Period, breastfeeding, pumping and work
I am 4 months and 10 days postpartum. I started my job about 2 weeks now and pump 3 times a day. I noticed my supply drop for the past 4 days and got my period yesterday.
I pump thrice a day and breastfeed twice in the night. Today i am cramping a lot and totally uninterested in pumping, also i am working today.
How do you ladies manage this? And ideas to motivate and ease. Please share anything that can help me now
