Maybe contractions ? 33 weeks 2 days

So i got really upset this morning with my husband and I started cleaning the house like a angry pregnant woman does and I was getting sharp tight pains in my vagina and my butt it was very hard to breathe I could barely walk I was crying and screaming from the pain they were between 5-8 minutes apart and lasted about 3 hours.

Now I just feel them slightly and but I refuse to move or else it hurts again

Do y’all think those were contractions or I don’t know it’s my first baby and I’m 33 weeks and 2 days 💙
