Anyone get preg one their first try?

I got my nexplanon taken out late Jan., had my first cycle Feb 9th. 
I had spotting maybe 4-5 days ago and am supposed to see AF today but nothing yet. I’m cramping so feel like I should be starting soon but idk? 
Did anyone get preg on the first try or is AF just playing games with me? 😞

It’s possible. I got pregnant 1st cycle after stopping the pill but ended with MC. Good luck to you!

I got pregnant my first cycle after removing my mirena but it ended in a CP. Now it’s 10 months later and still not pregnant.

I got pregnant 1st try (not nexplanon related though... just first time trying after having my son). We are both overweight too

I know 2 people who have....and many people who have not. Statistically, it is much more likely to be your period. But a pregnancy is not impossible!
