Formaldehyde in kids furniture ?

So I bought a cubicle to put my sons toys in cause I like for him to have access to his toys but it has a prop 66 sticker on it for formaldehyde is it bad for him to play around this ? I tried to look for another but seems that this warning is in a lot of furniture
