Does anyone else have midnight snacks?

Every night I have a stash of midnight snacks ready to eat for during the night so I don't have to get up. My sleep is very bad due to flashbacks from a rape so I tend to comfort eat.

I had to stop. And if I do have a snack it wont be calorie dense.  Maybe a chocolate rice cake worh peanut butter or a small bag of lownfat popcorn. I try to load up on protein and veggies in the evening so i dont crave a snack at night😭😭😭😭😭.  Cheetos and that dessert look so good 😊

I stopped snacking the day my baby girl came into this world ❤️ try and eat enough during the day so your not as hungry during the night x
