Progesterone Woes

So I got my BFP on Friday 3/5, and immediately went in for blood work on Saturday. At the time, I was only 3 weeks pregnant, and my progesterone was only 12.3. I have been using a over the counter progesterone cream twice a day since 2dpo. I got another round of blood work done today, and I’m just waiting for those results but I’m worried about my progesterone. I’ve had two losses at exactly 5 weeks, so I figured it was due to low progesterone, but my doctor said he wasn’t worried about my levels and to keep using the cream. I thought I’d have to be put on pills, so like should I seek a second opinion? I’ll be 5 weeks next Tuesday so I’m on pins and needles worrying about losing yet another little one.
