Getting back into lifting
So I’ve been prescribed mood stabilizers that have make me gain 30+ lbs in a month ..
I’m starting to go to the gym every day and need help with meals and portion control.
I’m 5’5 , 195lbs and I work out once a day.
My workout looks like this
Monday : Sets. Reps
Bench press dumbbells 3. 9
Inclined BP dumbbells 3. 9
Hanging knee raises. 3. 12
Tuesday: Sets. Reps
Skull Crushers. 4. 9
Dumbbell curls. 4. 9
Shoulder press. 4. 9
Dumbbell flys. 3. 9
Wednesday: Sets. Reps
Squats. 5. 10
Leg press. 5. 10
Weighted calf raise. 5. 10
Thursday: Sets. Reps
Dumbbell flys. 5. 10
Plank 3. Min
Triceps dips 5. 10
Inclined BP. 3. 9
Friday: Sets. Reps
Seated curls. 4. 10
Side lat raise. 5. 10
Dumbbell punches. 4. 9
Saturday: Sets. Reps
Leg press. 5. 20
Calf raises. 4. 12
Squats 4. 10
And I just put this together as my meals . This is the hard part , my meds make me feel hungry hungry 24/7 so I eat a lot .. I don’t want to starve .. my meals look like this
6pm Dinner :
2 cups of rice 320cal x 6 days
Tortellini 1cup 270 cal x 3 days
2 Hotdogs 220cal x3 days
4pm Snack:
Greek yogurt 8cal x 6 days
Larbar choc.chip 210cal x 6 days
Muscle milk 280cal
2pm Lunch
1 uncrustable 210 cal x 6 days
Muscle milk 280 cal x 6 days
12 pm snack
1 uncrustable 210 cal
10am Breakfast
2 waffles 200cal x6 days
Muscle milk 280cal x 6 days
I work out once a day around 2-4 pm
