What are your personal opinions on eating tuna while pregnant?
I’ve heard both yes and no.
Ive seriously been craving tuna for the past few weeks, but have been avoiding it.

It’s good protein. Anything in moderation is generally okay. I also had a craving for tuna in the early weeks, and my midwife said it was fine.

They're mostly concerned about the mercury, don't overdue it.

Tuna is fine as long as u don’t eat lots of it. I can’t recall off the top of my head what the recommended limit is

My OB gave me a list with items were allowed to eat and canned tuna was on the good list.

It’s fine. I ate it multiple times a week with my first as it was what I craved my whole pregnancy. We have it for lunch once every week or so during this one as well.
