Any advice?? 30 weeks pregnant

Throughout the day I’ve been having lower belly pains, side pains, and back pains along with nausea and acid reflux. Should I go get checked out?

If it's momentary, it's likely sound ligament pain, even if it repeats with movement. I'm on my 5th there trimester pregnancy and it all aches, at if it's long, tight, and painful (takes your breath away), then I'd get checked out. $

Depending on where the lower belly pains are, they could be just round ligament pain. If they are closer to where you would imagine your butthole being, then they could be from your cervix changing. Does your belly get hard to the touch when it hurts?
I've had some horrible allergies with the weather changes and all the snot has been making me nauseated. Heartburn with a large belly is very normal. I'm on a rx for mine but was on pepcid twice per day before that. If it's not manageable with a few tums, definitely have your Dr give you something.
