Spotting or bloody show?

Does this look like part of a mucus plug? Had a stretch and sweep today. Wondering if it’s just spotting from that or if it’s the start of bloody show?

Looks like spotting from the stretch and sweep! Bloody show is more of a brown/pinkish color

Had mine done Wednesday and again Sunday and both times had a lot of that. And still only 1 cm dilated no baby just contractions
