Spotting

I am 5 weeks 6 days and I’ve had some light pink spotting sorry the photos gross but I can’t make it to a doctor at the moment I’m just wondering if I’m probably going to have a miscarriage I never had this at all with my first pregnancy have had very minor cramping.
