Hi Ladies, came off birth control 12 days ago to have my period and haven't started back on birth control as me and my partner are ttc. Had my period 3 days after like I normally do and it lasted for 5 days. These past four days I've been bloated, cramping, have lower back pain, heartburn and have been very emotional. Do ye think these are side effects of coming off birth control?
