Ovulating after MC? TW: Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks on feb 21. I bled for 12 days. As of Monday, my bloodwork showed my HCG was down to 12. I had positive LH ovulation strips up until Monday due to the strips confusing my HCG with LH. I finally started having negative OPKs on Monday.

Yesterday evening I took a digital ovulation test and it was a blank circle (not fertile).... but this morning is CD 17 and I have a blinking smiley (high but not peak), although my lh stick is negative.

I didn’t ovulate until CD 26 last month, so I’m having a hard time thinking this is actually ovulation. Did anyone experience earlier ovulation after a MC?

Do you think my body is confusing the tiny amount of HCG in my system with ovulation hormones? I scribbled my hpt because I know this group doesn’t allow those.
