Help :(

Okay I am 7 days late now and I’ve got a few symptoms like I did from previous pregnancies. I took a test Monday morning and it was a faint line but definitely there. I took another test this morning and it’s negative :( I don’t know what to thing. I didn’t count how long I peed on the test. A couple of weeks ago I had super light pink/brown discharge on and off only when I wiped and it went for three days then stopped so I know that wasn’t my period. Nothing since.
