Period 2 days late, usually regular?

My period is late but I'm having to go pee all the time and I was nauseous last night, I'm like on CD 35.  All tests have been negative, what else could be upsetting my period?  We've started exercising regularly, and I discovered my body has a gluten intolerance.

a lot of things, such as stress, working out, new diet etc. be mindful of how much stress you’re putting on yourself and all of that.

There are many different factors that cause delay period, but nevertheless it’s normal. Cycle changes, hormones, diet, stress and many more can cause delay cycle. If it continues I would suggest you follow up with a doctor to complete labs (bloodwork) to ensure there isn’t any health related issues.
