This morning i had something to help me wake up on the bright side! My baby boy has been in the NICU for a month now, and i am breastfeeding 🤱🏽; this process has been challenging just, because i haven’t gotten to actually try the whole breastfeeding thing out by breast (if that makes since). My milk supply begin to decrease dramatically (went from over producing to barely producing 30ml total😓). Instead of worrying i just begin to act as if he was with me at home by being more consistent with pumping.

It wasn’t an overnight process, but for me it was a three day process. I woke up to semi full breast and pumped a total of 73ml! I will continue the process in hopes to back producing 100+ml every pump.😌
