Covid and pregnant

Hello, this is my first time posting. I’m 19 weeks and I am positive for covid. I hate taking Tylenol but I have been to decrease my fever. Any tips or word of advice? I’m terrified this is my first pregnancy. Everyone keeps asking if I feel the baby- it doesn’t feel like kicks. It feels like a suction feeling- kinda uncomfortable! Has anyone experienced this?
