Anyone noticing around the same time or recall having lower back pain pretty bad around this early? (6-7weeks pregnant) I don’t think with my 1st child I had back pain till about 30w.

Also, having period like cramping resulting in thinking I need to use the bathroom & never do... the cramping does NOT last all day, but maybe like 3 times a week a random cramping for a few minutes?

Sound normal? I am about 30lbs heavier this pregnancy maybe that’s why? Anything I should be concerned about?
