How many tests did you take before you accepted you were pregnant?

I’m just curious because my wife is unable to get a doctors appointment until Friday and she’s 10 positive tests and good quality ones just curious to see how many you took before deciding you are pregnant and next step was doctor.

A million. When your early and you can't find baby's heart on a at home monitor yet, it's the only form of peace you have. I switched to Amazon cheap tests so I wasn't spending so much money, but if she wants to test 5 times a day, let her. It will make her feel better. (and this is my third pregnancy and I still felt the need to do it as much)

I have a total of 17 tests for this pregnancy. I had a loss in July and got my new positives in September. I watched my lines until heartbeat was confirmed at 6 weeks.

I took one with my first as it was a clear positive & I didn't fully understand how common a loss can be. I miscarried in November, I took two tests with that pregnancy as my first test the line was so damn faint so I got a digital. With my next known pregnancy I will probably take at least 1 a day to make sure they're still there 🤷

I test often after my first BFP until I have my dating scan that shows all is well (so far...) until then I test like crazy coz I can & want to 🤣

Once. Taking multiple test does not prevent a miscarriage and after a while the test do start to become light because the body has produced to much hcg at that point

Ummm, 1? False positives are very rare and since I am a bio major I know how they work and trust the method.
