pulsating headaches anyone?

hi ladies, anybody else experiencing pulsating and constant headaches? im 13+3 and i’ve had a headache pretty much every day this week. If so, what are your tips? I’m starting to get worried :(

Same! I get pulsating headachs frequently, they have eased up for me this week though. 
I take Tylenol as needed (midwife approved)
Try to stay as hydrated as possible
Ice on the back of the neck, top of head, or temples sometimes helps
And my midwife also mentioned using a little bit of peppermint essential oil on the temples 
My midwife also told me to keep track of them. If they persist, she'll refer to me an Internal Med specialist to help. So definitely check in with your care provider about the headaches if you haven't already.

Same! Almost like a migrine. I take Tylenol and have a 1/2 can of diet soda

I have to drink a crazy amount of water or I get a horrible headache. It’s been an issue for a few weeks for me (I’m 13+6). I’m filling up at 16oz Yeti 6 or 7 times a day and then often having another electrolyte drink. This is all what I drink just during my 8 hour work day. I pee a lot but it has seemed to help!

I had headaches from 6-13 weeks. Im 15 weeks and haven’t had anymore thank God. I took tylenol and that didn’t always work. Sometimes they lasted 2 days and I had to deal. Laid around a lot when I could.

I had them for 3 days 
 Mostly because of my neck I have arthrosis on my neck so I normally get headaches from that. But the last 3 days were awful. Thankfully today I feel fantastic
