Hello dumb question sorry but what does baby led weaning mean??😭

Answer

Basically giving your baby “finger foods” instead of baby food. For instance a slice of avocado, a sliver of toast, a broccoli floret, etc. and letting them explore with that instead of mashing/ blending and spoon feeding to them. There are a ton of Instagram pages on this topic that are great resources or search Pinterest! We did BLW with our little boy and I will do it with future kids too. Helps get them accustomed to different flavors and textures early on ☺️
