Autism or??? Help

Question

Hi everyone, I know this may be a sensitive subject for some but I am hoping to get a little feedback. If you have an autistic child, when did you know? When exactly could you tell? When exactly were the 1st signs of something being different to you about your child behavior, interactions, reactions etc.?? What were his/her actions that you felt told you the most? What age? Thank you so much!!

So far, I don’t think my kids are autistic, but my brother was diagnosed with Aspergers, which is high functioning autism, when he was school aged. Maybe 5-6? 
As a toddler and all the way into his preteen years, he walked on his toes, he didn’t like people touching him (still really doesn’t), he bounced while he was sitting on the couch or in the car and/or laying on his stomach in bed, he prefers routine, he enjoyed wearing the same clothes over and over, and now he’s obsessed with sports statistics. He’s 22 now. He’s outgrown a lot of it, but the routine, touching, and sports are still around.

My son started saying mum, dad at about 12months old and then by about 15months he completely stopped talking. That was the first sign in my situation.
Other things I noticed early on was walking on tip toes, obsession with wheels, sensitivity to loud sounds (vacuum, yelling, dogs barking)
