False labor?

I am 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my second. My first came naturally at 36 weeks and 5 days. Well, yesterday I went to the hospital because of contractions, leaking fluid, horrible back pain, dizziness, inability to sleep and loss of part on my mucus plug. I was discharged on TOCO showing irritability, mild contractions, my son has completely dropped onto my cervix with him being ballotable, and I'm thinned out but not dilating yet. Anyone else been in this situation?
