So I’m due 3/19 with my first baby. I was told yesterday that on 3/22 they will do a stress test and ultrasound and if my fluid is 5 or lower I’ll be induced then. Today I just got a call that they set me for an induction date of 3/27 at 8am. They won’t do a membrane sweep since my gbs came back positive and she told me not to try to induce naturally. I’m scared. I know birth doesn’t necessarily go always as we plan it. Like is my body not doing something right I still have a week until my actual due date. I’ve read so many horror stories about inductions that I honestly want to avoid it
