Babies with reflux

How long did the medicine take to help? They gave me prilosec and said to give it to her once a day. At first it seemed to help, she went from spitting up most of her milk almost every feeding to none at all. Now the last two nights I can't lay her down in the pack n play without her making the gurgling/struggling to breathe noises again and today she has spit up all of her milk after both feedings. I'm ebf if that matters.

Its only been about a week and a half on this medicine though, so I'm not sure if I should wait til Monday when it will be a full 2 weeks before calling the doctor or should I call now? I don't want them just to tell me to give it more time, but I'm not sure why it helped at first and now isn't ☹
