5dpo and sex pain

Last night I had sex with my so and after I was laying in bed and I had mild cramp maybe pulling feeling on my left side of vagina only last few minutes and I never cramped any other tome we have had sex this week. I almost want to say my left side feel pressure or swollen maybe. I was just checked for cyst few weeks ago and there aren’t any. Doctor was just checking due to me having my iud out for about four months so he was making sure everything was normal. Anyone experience cramp before they got pregnant but during sex?
